How does it work?

  • You can catch up as there are built in recovery days (at least 3 days per week).

  • If you have joint pain or are dealing with a medical issue then it’s recommended that you consult your Doctor or Physical Therapist to gain clearance before beginning this program.

  • The training utilizes a variety of Isometric and Eccentrics which have been shown to improve strength and control of your joints. CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations) are a fundamental part of the training and take your joints through full range of motion. This not only helps you maintain available range, but helps you provide nourishment to your joint tissues.

  • The program is designed to last only 4 Weeks. The challenge is to complete it within the time frame before it is gone. After 4 Weeks you will no longer have access to the program.

Rich is a Mobility specialist with over 5 years of working to specifically help his clients improve their mobility, range of motion and joint health in order to Move Better, Feel Better and Do More of the things they love. He utilizes a combination of the revolutionary Internal Strength Model in conjunction with Traditional Strength Training methods to improve the lives of the people he works with.
