During the assessment portion of this course, we will help you learn to evaluate current capabilities and identify any limitations that may be affecting your performance. This assessment helps us establish you and/or your client’s Point A, the starting point for a personalized training plan.
By improving your hip and enhancing your control and strength, we can mitigate potential future issues and guide you towards Point B, where you can enjoy an optimal movement experience.

Whether you’re an athlete or generally want to maintain a healthy lifestyle, improving and maintaining hip health goes a long way towards improving quality of life. The first step you must take is building an awareness and understanding of your hips. The second step to take is learning how to affect change and improve on your current state.

Introduction to the hip joint and range of motion, how to train and improve Hip Mobility. Coaching and assessment techniques as well as performance implications.

This course is suitable for both coaches and enthusiasts. You will gain a better understanding of how to apply concepts to yourself and others.
Q&A Session
In the Q&A session, we will be able to explore topics surrounding Hip Mobility and Training. This will give participants an opportunity to clarify their understanding.

The course will be recorded and lectures will be made available for you to view later at your leisure.
4 Week Hip Program
All participants will receive access to a 4 Week Hip Mobility Program outline. This will provide you the first steps to your mobility journey.
