San Francisco Personal Trainer’s Top 9 Hip Mobility Exercises

As a personal trainer in San Francisco, I’ve been working with clients for years who have faced a variety of limitations as it pertains to their hip mobility.

From golfers to runners and cyclists, the common hip “tightness” is a through-line. Many people also don’t realize that their knee and back issues are sometimes related to their lack of Hip Mobility. Your hips are responsible for a broad degree of movements and access to all the ranges of motion is important.

If you’ve been following me for any length of time then you’ll know that CARs are probably the most prescribed thing I give. However, there are a variety of other moves you should be doing as well to improve your hip mobility.
